| Our fee structure varies depending on the scope and quantum of the loss involved. In some instances these fees may be covered by the insurance contract. Our firm has represented and currently represents some of New York's most regarded real estate families. Additionally, we have represented a multitude of historic landmark buildings throughout the metropolitan area, including but not limited to, the Vivian Beaumont Theater at Lincoln Center.
